Founded in 2025 by Corbinian Zinkel and Leopold Mayerhöfer, M&Z Beverage Trade Ltd represents the perfect fusion of German brewing heritage and Hong Kong's dynamic business environment.

What started as a simple desire to enjoy our favorite beer from home has evolved into a mission to bring authentic Bavarian excellence to Hong Kong's discerning beer lovers, bars, and event organizers.

Meet the Founders

Two passionate German students who turned their love for authentic Bavarian beer into Hong Kong's premier German import business.

Corbinian Zinkel

Co-Founder

Born and raised at Lake Tegernsee in Bavaria, I have always been connected to the German beer culture. Alongside my academic and professional work as a finance student, I founded a charitable organization in Germany and enjoy marathon running, skiing, and fishing.

With M&Z Beverage Trade, I aim to share Bavarian authenticity and quality with Hong Kong.

Leopold Mayerhöfer

Co-Founder

I was born in Frankfurt, but my family is originally from Munich, so I’ve always felt close to Bavaria and its culture. I’m currently studying Business Administration and really enjoy spending my free time playing tennis or skiing whenever I get the chance.

Right now, I live in Hong Kong, which has been an amazing experience. It’s exciting to see a completely different side of the world while still staying connected to where I come from.
